Creating a Liquid Highlighter:
- If you have the Saint Minerals® Natural Oil Primer, mix a few drops with the foundation or base product on the back of your hand.
- Use the Dual-Finish Brush to blend the mixture together until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- Apply the liquid highlighter to your cheeks, brows, + temples, using gentle tapping motions or light sweeping strokes.
- This will create a subtle, luminous effect + add a touch of radiance to your complexion.
Highlighting and Strobing with the Saint Minerals® All-Over Bronzer:
- To highlight + strobe, take a small amount of the All-Over Bronzer on the Dual-Finish Brush.
